- 12:06 - first tee
- Nearest the pin on 5th & 10th holes
- Mid-round snack at the +1 Hut (hot/cold drink and sausage roll, vegetarian tortilla or a slice of cake)
- Longest drive on 13th hole.
- 17:30 onward - Post match rolling BBQ on the lower terrace
- Results & prize giving
- Depart at leisure
